Prices are based on a standard sized dwelling without extensions, attic conversion or any type of renewable energy power source. The rates are subject to both VAT and the SEAI publication charge
As of the 1st January 2009, in accordance with E.U Legislation, every house or apartment whether it be a new build or an existing property for sale or lease must have a BER Certificate.
The BER Certificate will advise on the Building Energy Rating of the dwelling and detail the carbon emissions of the property.
It is an offence for persons, not registered with the SEAI as a BER assessor, to purport to carry out a BER assessment service for the purposes of the Regulations.
